Abstract
Los talleres electromecánicos son fundamentales en Chile para la reparación de maquinaria de lasindustrias que tienen en gran medida automatizados sus procesos productivos, por ejemplo deproducción, faenación, distribución y comercialización de pollos, cerdos y pavos dentro del país.El presente escrito plantea el diseño e implementación de un sistema web utilizando computaciónen la nube que permite la administración de la reparación de un motor eléctrico dentro del taller,lo cual se realizaba mediante documentos manuales y archivos que se perdían o quedabanalmacenados en los distintos computadores de los administrativos, y no existía un leguajeestándar para referirse a los materiales, entre otros problemas.El sistema web en la nube implementado permite agilizar y tener siempre en línea el proceso dereparación de un motor eléctrico en el taller, mejorar la creación y edición de los distintosdocumentos involucrados tanto para los electromecánicos como para los administrativos.También incorpora conceptos de inteligencia de negocios para generar reportes de apoyo a lagestión global del taller.
Electromechanical workshops are fundamental in Chile for repairing machinery of the industriesthat have largely automated productive processes, for example of production, dressing,distribution and commercialization of chickens, pigs and turkeys.The present paper presents the design and implementation of a web system using cloudcomputing that allows the administration of repairing an electric motor inside the workshop,which was performed by manual documents and files were lost or were stored in differentadministrative computers, and there was no standard language to refer to materials, among otherproblems.The web system in the cloud implemented allows speed up and always have online the repairprocess of an electric motor in the workshop, improve the creation and editing of the differentdocuments involved both electromechanical as for the office clerks. It also incorporates conceptsof business intelligence reports to generate support for the global management of the workshop.
