Abstract
Seekbird es una aplicación web, orientada a funcionar comocomplemento de www.twitter.com, agrupando a los usuarios pormedio de etiquetas creadas por ellos mismos. Con esta innovadorasolución, Seekbird le da herramientas a los usuarios para quepuedan generar y leer información más ordenada y oportuna, hacerbúsquedas más específicas y mantener etiquetas como favoritas parauna lectura más rápida.El objetivo de esta memoria, es confeccionar un modelo de negociosutilizando Canvas para el software Seekbird, con el fin dedetallar las fortalezas y debilidades del producto, y así definir lasdistintas actividades necesarias para que Seekbird pueda crear, entregary capturar valor.

With this innovative solution, Seekbird provices toolsto users, and empowers them to generate and read information ina more arranged and timely way, make more specific searches, andsave favorite tags for faster reading.The purpose of this report, is to create a business model usingCanvas for Seekbird software, in order to detail the strengths andweaknesses of the product, and to define the different needed activitiesthat will allow Seekbird to create, deliver and capture value.
