BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE RECURSOS HUMANOS Y COACHING EN EL DESARROLLO DE PROYECTOS INFORMÁTICOS DE EMPRENDIMIENTO

Abstract

Las técnicas de Coaching y Recursos Humanos sin duda han marcado tendencia al momento de determinar el éxito en los proyectos informáticos de emprendimiento. A continuación, se presentan las bases de estas técnicas, así como un análisis dentro de los equipos participantes de la Feria de Software 2016 de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. Se evalúa la efectividad de las técnicas, y se establece como estas influyen respecto a seis variables a analizar (Liderazgo, Relaciones, Identidad, Cooperación, Conflictos y Responsabilidad), las cuales fueron escogidas debido a la influencia e importancia de éstas, al momento de medir y analizar la productividad y positividad dentro de los equipos.

Coaching and Human Resources techniques have undoubtedly marked a tendency to determine success in entrepreneurship IT projects. Below, the bases of these techniques are presented, as well as an analysis within the participant teams of the Feria de Software 2016 of the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria. The effectiveness of the techniques is evaluated, and it is established how these influences on six variables to be analyzed (Leadership, Relationships, Identity, Cooperation, Conflicts and Responsibility), which were chosen due to the influence and importance of these, at the time of measure and analyze productivity and positivity within teams.
